By entering this promotional discount giveaway ("Competition"), you (the "Entrant") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. The "Promoter" is Bliss Bathrooms Ltd (No. 08503198), trading as Unbeatable Bathrooms. The Promoter's registered office is at 61-63 High Street, Silverdale, Staffordshire, ST5 6LY.
2. All Entrants must be 18 years or over to enter.
3. There is no fee to enter this Competition.
4. To be entered into this Competition, Entrants must publish a valid and honest review of Unbeatable Bathrooms on Reviews.io.
5. This Competition begins on 01/08/22 at 9:00am until 30/09/22 at 11:59pm. Any entries outside of this timeframe will not be eligible.
6. The winner will be chosen at random from all reviews published within the previous calendar month.
7. The winner will be notified on the first available working day of each calendar month (Mon - Fri) excluding holidays.
8. The "Prize" is as follows:
- (1x) £5 promotional discount refunded to the winner.
7a. The Prize will be sent to the winner via a refund to the same bank account used by the winner to place their original online order.
7b. If the winner has not completed any previous online order from Unbeatable Bathrooms, then the winner will be contacted directly via the email address used to publish the review on Reviews.io in order to discuss which method they would like to use in order to receive the Prize.
9. The Prize is as stated and no alternatives will be offered. The Prize is not transferable.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these terms and conditions at their discretion without notice. This also includes in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any significant changes that impact the Competition will be notified to Entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
11. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them when entering this Competition.
12. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Reviews.io or any other third-party.
13. The use of false or incorrect details will result in disqualification.
14. Any false, unverified or misleading information will result in disqualification.
15. If Entrants delete old reviews and replaces them with new reviews in order to enter the Competition more than once, they will be disqualified.
16. The Competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
17. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
